Tim has 20 years of business and non-profit experience (10 years as an entrepreneur), is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a certified Working Genius facilitator.

Mark Letchumanan

Leadership Coach
Mark is passionate about journeying alongside leaders and entrepreneurs facing tough decisions, challenges, and issues. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Leadership Coach, Mark has over a decade of experience helping business owners, C-suite members, and executives uncover emotional, psychological, and leadership issues holding them back from achieving their visions. Mark also volunteers coaching individuals in recovery and rehabilitation.

In 2012, my wife, Olive, and I (Tim) quit our jobs to blog full-time. Our goal was to turn our blog into a part-time income-generating business that she could work on while staying at home with our kids. With a limited budget we learned how to design our own website, promote the blog on social media, get website traffic through SEO, build an email list, and sell products online. We also wrote and self-published two books. Along the way, we made a bunch of mistakes and learned what did and didn’t work. Over time we began seeing success with 15,000 monthly visitors to our blog and an email list of over 1300 people.

6 months into blogging full-time, I was approached by a few small business owners. They had seen our blog and social media presence and asked if we could help their businesses with online marketing. We started working with them and confirmed that many of the lessons we learned while growing our blog also applied to marketing for small businesses. We also discovered that we loved working with small business owners.

In November 2013, we established Coracle Marketing and we have been serving small businesses ever since.
