Almost everyone has had feelings of uncertainty. We wonder: Am I thriving in my current work situation? Should I make a change? How can I set and meet goals that increase my sense of satisfaction and progress?

As a coach for leaders, we will be a trusted companion as you navigate your leadership path. Our coaches are a dialogue partner who is invested in your forward movement, but unlike a colleague or employer, or even friends and family, he doesn’t bring personal needs or expectations to the conversation.

As a coach for leaders, we:

  • Facilitate dialogue that helps clients identify the direction they want to go and see possible paths to get there
  • Provide a safe yet critical approach to examining job satisfaction and career ambitions
  • Help clients name practical next steps that are fitted to their work and life context
  • Encourage reflection on how thriving in one’s leadership role relates to thriving in all other areas of life

As a result of coaching, leaders will be able to better name their goals and feel more empowered to be effective leaders of their team and organization.

Coaching conversations we could have together

  • How to discern vocation and calling
  • How to set and reach financial goals
  • How to move forward in your career
  • How to chart a career path
  • How to be a more effective leader
  • How to resolve conflict
  • How to balance work and goals outside of work
  • How to learn what to say yes to, what to say no to, and why
  • How to bring more strategy to your decision making
  • How to accomplish (and exceed) goals set with your team
  • How to navigate a career transition

Who pays for coaching?

You may be wondering who should pay for coaching — the leader or the company? The answer will depend on each circumstance; here are two perspectives:

  1. When the leader pays, they experience this as an investment in themselves, their own growth, and their own well-being. They fully own, then, what kind of return they want on this investment: Are they aiming for a higher salary or position? More job satisfaction? More empowerment in their career? Greater sense of thriving outside of work?
  2. When a company pays for the coaching, this is an opportunity for the company to show they are invested in the growth of their leaders and to see coaching as a means to achieve the collective goals of the company or team. Leaders might consider proposing a budget for coaching at an annual review, as a next step in empowering the company’s leaders to achieve their upcoming targets.
