If you take time to listen to their story, you will gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
If you gain a deeper understanding of their needs, you will develop products and services that your customers value more.
If your customers value your products and services more, they will be willing to pay you more and tell more people about you.
Perhaps the key to having a thriving business is finding customers you care about, then creating a product or service for them.
