I’ve been reading Scaling Up by Verne Harnish about how to grow a business. One of his suggestions was to ask your customers 3 simple questions:
1. What should we start doing?
2. What should we stop doing?
3. What should we keep doing?
I love the simplicity of these questions. You’ll be surprised at the insights your customers will give you, and how helpful it will be to improving your business. You can also ask your team members the same questions.
