Business Audit and Strategic Planning
For entrepreneurs looking to grow their business in meaningful ways, the goal of the audit is to identify opportunities for meaningful growth and improvement in the business.
During these one-on-one consulting sessions, we will go through 6 areas of your business to identify your business’ strengths and opportunities for growth. Each session will be 60 minutes long and will cover each of the following areas. Our goal is to identify 3-4 areas of strength in your business, as well as 3-4 of the biggest opportunities of growth for each area.
Here’s an overview of what we will cover in the sessions:
Session 1: Personal Vision & Calling and Business Vision, Mission & Values
Session 2: Sales & Marketing
Session 3: Human Resources
Session 4: Operations
Session 5: Finances
Session 6: Developing a 12-month Strategic Plan
At the end of the 6 sessions, we can evaluate next steps, and you will have the option to continue the coaching and consulting sessions, and decide how often we will meet. We’ll provide a Business Audit report at the end of our process, outlining our observations and recommendations.
Mastermind Groups
Our Mastermind Groups are facilitated peer advisory groups where entrepreneurs help each other grow. The goal of the group is to assist members in solving their problems with input and advice, and to provide encouragement and accountability.
The sessions will begin with updates from members of their monthly goals that were shared from the previous meeting. Then, two or three members share a challenge or opportunity where they want feedback or advice from fellow members. To close, each member shares the most important thing they need to accomplish in the coming month.
3 benefits of joining a Mastermind Group:
- Get Unstuck - Each person is featured in a hot seat every 2-3 months where they can receive valuable feedback from the group about a decision they're making, a challenge they're facing, or an opportunity they're considering.
- Accountability - Each month you share your biggest business goal, and the next time you meet, you share with everyone how that went. People have said this is very motivating for them and helps them be more productive.
- Learning - You get to hear what other business owners are stuck on, and learn from their experiences in how they handle these issues. These may be issues you will face in the future.
